Esoteria was founded in Baja California — a binational corridor region where the gap between civic commitment and operational capacity is immediate and visible. What we built there shaped how we work everywhere: governance infrastructure before automation, structured intelligence before tooling, and durable data architecture before AI deployment.

Enrique Gorosave
Co-Founder & Technical Lead
Enrique is the engineering foundation of Esoteria — a full-stack engineer and systems architect who builds and maintains the intelligence infrastructure that makes the work real. He leads backend architecture, data pipeline design, API integrations, and platform operations.
